Adjustable steel supports are commonly used materials in construction. In recent years, the shapes have varied according to construction needs, but generally, they are quite similar. Currently, national standards have not been clearly defined, and there are slight differences in the parameters of conventional products from various manufacturers. Structurally, adjustable steel supports consist of five main parts:

1. Upper inner tube (the length of the tube can be customized according to the required adjustable height, with evenly spaced adjustment holes drilled on the tube to meet size adjustments);

2. Lower outer tube (the length of the adjustable steel support can be customized as required, used in conjunction with the upper inner tube. In terms of cost-effectiveness, the general length is shorter than that of the upper inner tube);

3. Threaded pipe nut (mainly welded to the top of the lower outer tube, used in conjunction with the threaded pipe and nut for fine adjustments of smaller sizes, beneficial for the disassembly of the steel support) props (there are many types of props, commonly used ones include star-shaped props, U-shaped props, four-corner props, flat-headed props, etc.) base (provides good fixed support, drilled with four holes, commonly used shapes include star-shaped and square).

In terms of material, adjustable steel supports are made of Q235 steel, which is strong in hardness, has a large load-bearing capacity, a longer service life, and is more convenient for assembly and disassembly. Compared to traditional wooden supports, they are more environmentally friendly, provide a larger construction space, and facilitate the transportation of materials on site.
